Welcome Spring at Westview Orchards & Winery: A Season of New Beginnings and Warmth

Westview Orchards & Winery is buzzing with anticipation for the return of spring. This year, more than ever, the season promises to be a time of rejuvenation and joy, with the winery doors reopening on March 16th to welcome guests back to a landscape brimming with potential and the promise of new growth.

A Toast to Spring’s Arrival

Mark your calendars! On Saturday, March 16th, we kick off the season with the much-loved event, Dueling Pianos. This isn't just any musical event; it's an evening filled with laughter, sing-a-longs, exquisite wine, and the company of friends. The festivities begin with a check-in at 5:30 p.m., setting the stage for a night of unforgettable entertainment starting at 7 p.m.

St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations

Continuing the springtime festivities, join us on Sunday, March 17th, for a special St. Patrick's Day celebration. In honor of the day, we'll be serving up two new fun green drinks. It's also the perfect opportunity to tap into your creative side with our Spring Tulip Wreath Workshop. Registration is now open, so be sure to secure your spot for a day of crafts, drinks, and cheer.

Culinary Delights and Exquisite Tastes

As the winery reopens its doors, guests can look forward to the warm comforts of our hot foods, including soups and chili, alongside our delicious fruit flips—perfect for those crisp early spring days. Our winery is proud to offer more than a dozen varieties of wine and several hard cider choices, catering to every palate.

Operating hours will be Saturdays and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., with select evenings featuring ticketed events that showcase the unique charm and vibrancy of Westview Orchards & Winery.

The Anticipation of the Farm Market Reopening

As the days grow warmer, our excitement builds for the reopening of the Farm Market in early April. Just in time for the fresh asparagus season, our market will once again offer the finest local produce and goods, reconnecting our community with the bounty of our land.

With everyone eager to bid farewell to winter, the National Weather Service and NOAA have provided a glimpse into what we can expect weather-wise. Their latest outlook suggests a warm start to March, with a 90-100% chance of above-average temperatures in the first week. This could mean an early spring for Southeast Michigan, setting the stage for a vibrant and bustling season at Westview Orchards & Winery.
